O&M SERVICES

Monitoring and alerting

24/7 real-time monitoring, alarm management and ticketing of all executed actions from the control room of Solora in Ghent.

You have online access to the monitoring platform and iOS/Android App for the follow-up of your PV installation(s).

Corrective Maintenance

The messages generated by the monitoring system are analysed and result in a site visit or a remote intervention. Our own trained O&M service technicians go on-site to repair or replace defective parts and to solve faults within previously agreed intervention times. A report is drawn up for each corrective maintenance.

Reporting

Uniform, standardized reporting with in-depth analyses that show the actual return and availability in relation to expectations. Online access to a customer portal where all reports are available to the owner or other stakeholders. This provides a fully transparent view of all key performance indicators at all times.

Cleaning of the panels

Osmosis Cleaning of solar modules in accordance with manufacturer’s maintenance instructions and good industrial practice.

Inventory and management of spare parts

In our warehouse, we manage a stock of critical spare parts that are necessary to ensure the proper functioning and guaranteed availability of the solar parks.

Warranties

We can offer a wide range of guarantees tailored to the customer, including availability, performance ratio and electricity production.

Preventive maintenance

Periodic maintenance in which all mechanical and electrical components of the system are checked against extensive checklists. Measurements and infrared photographs are taken and, where necessary, adjustments are made to optimise the performance of the system. An extensive report is drawn up for each preventive maintenance.

Warranty management

We will fully relieve you from replacing damaged or defective parts covered by current product warranties or insurance policies.
